"First of all, we had booked a deluxe room which was quite decent shown the booking site but actually they give us a normal ac room to stay. The owner was not there & it was handled by the family. "There was no one to help me with the luggage in spite of informing multiple times of my early check as I also paid for early check in Also in spite of telling I need no room service of any kind, they opened the room to keep water bottles when I was not there, this is unacceptable"
