"Looking at the outside I didn’t know what to expect, but the room was very nice, spacious and well equipped. Enjoyed the balcony overlooking the Rogue River. The price was great (in May), an excellent value. A good restaurant across the road but breakfast only on weekends when I was there."

"First of all, I searched hotels with hot tubs and chose this one because it said it had it. It doesn’t. They are in shambles with no clear sign of repair happening. You are paying 130$ a night for a shabby hotel that has been run down and barely taken care of. The towers look dirty. The bed smells like dog. The room smelled so chemical sprayed it hurt my throat. The upstairs renters weee on some kind of stimulants because they walked back and forth all night long creaking the floors back and forth and making loud sounds with doors and their hard pounding steps. Also we have a dog, so they put us in the dog room, it was so stinky and it was at the top of the stairs, where everyone passes by. So the dog barked all night. I did not sleep much, the beds sheets were washed in horrible chemical smelling detergent. Floor was pretty gross. Busted doors and windows, no security. Then when I went to talk to the desk person they just gla"

It didn't help that we were put on the ground floor of their lowest level building - it definitely felt subterranian"
