"Wonderful hotel, a modest entrance that opens up into a traditional and stylish reception area, lovely large potted plants, gorgeous tiles - a real wow for the eyes. It is quite a large hotel but has an intimate feel. Staff all so helpful and they greet you with Morroccan tea and biscuits. Well situated as in the medina. Mohammed their bell boy was so helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend"

"I stayed here as a solo traveller for 5 nights. The room was huge and I was fortunate to have a ground floor room which opened on to the pool area. Breakfast was good with lots of options. However that was the only meal I ate in the hotel so can’t comment further on other food options. The staff were all great and very courteous and helpful. Would certainly recommend or stay again!"

"Amazing staff throughout, from the rooftop right down to front reception. Huge shout-out to Chay who went above and beyond with recommendations and things to do, plus all the other girls on reception. The only real downsides were a frustrating check-in (had to wait a few hours) and weak shower pressure. Apart from that, I’ll definitely be back 👌"

The facilities were excellent, providing a very comfortable and welcoming environment for my trip to Marrakech with my daughter. While the hotel itself was great, I am writing this review specifically to highlight the exceptional service provided by two of your staff members who truly made our stay memorable. First, I want to give 100% praise to Abdelilah at the front desk. He went absolutely above and beyond in his duties. His professionalism, helpfulness, and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident throughout our stay. Secondly, i want to highly commend Abdel and the entire animation team. The quality of the entertainment, including the music and dances, was outstanding. Abdel showed genuine care for us as guests, bringing fantastic energy and ensuring we had a wonderful time. You have a fantastic team, and these individuals are a true credit to your hotel. I highly recommend recognizing both Abdelilah and Abdel for their outstanding contributions to the guest experience. "Staying at a Riad is different than staying at a hotel in case anyone isn’t sure - but I highly recommend! Riad Syba had AMAZING staff - Mustafa & Zakaria (along with the amazing women working behind the scenes) made the experience so lovely. It’s a humble stay in a neighbourhood so you are among locals more than tourists, which I personally loved. You have a little supermarket right next to the Riad for water and snacks if you needed it, the Riad is absolutely stunning on the inside truly. The pool is beautiful the decor is beautiful just everything was so pretty. The beds are on the stiffer side, the rooms are equipped with AC units, the bathrooms are spacious, and there is moderate lighting. Breakfast is bread with jams, a crepe sweet or savoury depends on the day, some juice, yogurt, slice of cake, with tea by the pool. The location of the Riad is excellent as its close to almost everything you would need to do tourism wise, however, when booking your transportation anywhere, some taxis/cars have a harder time driving into the street the Riads in, so you would walk out literally less than 2 minutes to get to the road for them to pick you up. You’re provided towels and soap, anything else you would have to have yourself (lotion or shampoo for example). Would stay here again!"
