I could write for hours. Our room was clean, the kettle was VERY heavy (made of ceramic, so you couldnt tell how full it was from weight alone) & broken, the phone didnt work, the light on the balcony didn't work & we couldnt turn the jacuzzi off. Despite the toilet area being HUGE there was no hand basin, and there was no door on the bathroom area, if you needed some privacy. There was about 10 light switches in the room, which took us 2 days to work out. Most of the staff were helpful, except for 1 guy in the restaurant who was doing very little. I ordered a coffee, and before he brought it I had ordered ANOTHER coffee from other staff which arrived first - then I had two. The restaurant was clean, but the food area layout kept changing day to day (e.g. the cheese was in 3 different places, 3 days running). A lot of the food is vegetables. The piano bar (advertised) was not on ALL week. Its NOT fully inclusive, you get wine, beer, soft drinks & SOME spirits - cocktails & branded drinks you have to pay for. The outside music kept us awake at night. There was very little entertainment, only occasional lounge music in the bar. Having our taxi checked for bombs on the way in was disconcerting. We won't ever stay here again.

Amazing spot for staying out of the medina, very close to the airport and breakfast was just wonderful! Also very nice area around with a shopping centre close to Menara gardens

We had an incredible stay at this Riad! We wanted to immerse ourselves in the Moroccan culture by staying in the Medina and got exactly what we wanted. The Riad is within walking distance from the souks, which was very helpful. The decor, the morning breakfasts were all very authentic and we especially loved how helpful and caring the staff was. I got an injury at one point and every staff member checked on me every day. One even went to the pharmacy to fetch supplies for me. I am so grateful that we got to stay there. Many thanks to Younes, Abdu and Kenza for going above and beyond for us throughout our entire stay! It felt like family and I will never forget it!
