"Nice room with balcony. Everything is modern in the room. Breakfast is good, but could be crowded and at these moments serving dishes are empty. Not enough staff to serve, clean, and prepare tables. We were there at the end of the season. Cannot imagine how they are operating in the season. Beach is nice but the water is shallow and you need to walk for a good 5 min to be able to go deep in the water. Beach chairs are very low and not really comfortable. Nice comfortable chairs are around the pool, but only 4 of them, and you cannot move them even a little bit to get a shade. They do not open any umbrellas on the deck with the statement that it is a wind. Even if it is not. Food in the restaurant is not something to write home about, but if you are on the beach, lazy to dress and go literally 2 small blocks to the main street, this restaurant is very helpful. People that are working in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Always happy to help with any situation. Territory and rooms, including common areas, are clean. Area is turisty, there are a lot of good restaurants, a bus is operating on the main street and will bring you to the nearest small cities. Renting a car is helpful. "

"I keep returning to this hotel as location is great, bus service great and warm and friendly staff. The rooms are large and well equiped. You can walk straight onto rhe beach and transport to Chania or Kolmbari is excellent. You can walk along the beach for miles. Very relaxing location. Easy to get to the airport. What is not to like?
