Premetto che a causa di overbooking dell'appartamento che avevamo scelto a san nicolò, il servizio clienti expedia ci ha assegnato questo appartamento in sostiuzione senza che avessimo avuto la possibilità di visionare nulla, neanche le foto. Soggiorno e cucina piccoli con porte finestre e minuscolo balconcino, il resto dell'appartamento senza finestre e le camere sono davvero piccole buie con adore sgradevole. Il divano letto può andare bene per pochi giorni e per un bambino poiché il materasso è piccolo e scomodo. Alla fine lo abbiamo usato solo per dormirci un paio di notti. Unica nota positiva è che è vicino alla spiaggia e al centro raggiungibile a piedi.

It is a perfect stay for one person, it has everything one needs. The room service is also excellent, as the quality of food. The staff is very friendly and the position is just perfect. I would recommend to organize the trasfer from the airport on your own, though. Other than that, I everything was good.

Skøn udsigt, fin lejlighed med eget køkken

Opholdet på Atlantis overraskede meget positivt, jeg synes ikke billeder af værelse/lejlighed viste kvaliteterne. ( vi var ved at fravælge hotellet på grund af billederne, men gjorde det heldigvis ikke) Vi have et fint lille køkken hvor vi kunne lave morgenmad og nyde på altanen med den skønnes udsigt over marinaen og stranden. Indgange til hotellet er dog ikke for folk med dårlige ben for det et nogen seje trapper derop.

Our host was lovely and it was great to meet her new baby! Parking was a bit of a challenge but in the end we paid for the public car park, only €3 per day so that was fine. The cost of the apartment was very reasonable. This was a good budget hotel

Prima Stadthotel, gut mit PKW zu erreichen.

Kleines Hotel, einfach aber sehr sauber, sehr freundlicher Betreiber, sehr gute Lage am Hafen nur wenige Schritte in die Altstadt. Für den Preis kann mein einige Abstiche beim Komfort machen.

Chambre très petite (pas la place d'y déplier une grande valise) mais fidèle aux photos. Papier peint non collé au mur et déchiré par endroit. Les verres n'étaient pas séchés et l'eau avait donc croupi dans le verre... Balcon et vu sur la marina très sympa. Situation géographique pratique (10m à pied des points d'intérêt). Personnel très sympatique. Lit un peu spartiate. Pas de petit déjeuner, de pièce commune. Grande salle de bain. Pas de gel douche, shampoing...

Hotel ist ok für Kurztripp, mehr nicht.

Kann ich höchstens empfehlen für Kurztrips mit kleinem Budget. Badezimmer sehr klein gehalten (je nach Zimmer wohl unterschiedlich). Ansonsten ist die Einrichtung ok. Dafür ist das Zentrum gut erreichbar in 10 min. zu Fuss und unmittelbar nebenan ist ein schöner Strand :)

Nice place near the beach & lake.

Came from Hania to stay at Agios Nikgolaos just one day & one night. Reservation via booking.com was pleasing and easy. From hotel it was just a few minutes distance to the lake by walking. Car parking however was a little challenging because of the fullý parked streets.

Zweierzimmer. Wir waren nur eine Nacht da, das Personal war sehr freundlich, das kleine Hotel liegt recht zentral. Air-Condition. Mit grossen Koffern wird's schwierig, man muss einige Treppen hinauf.

A Gem For The Price!

A fantastic affordable place to stay in Ag. Nik. Given the 1 star rating, I wasn't expecting much but this place is a gem for the price. Fantastic views over the marina. (Not to be confused with the lake which is a 15min walk away). Small room (probably too small for a couple to comfortably move around) but fine for a solo traveler with everything I needed - good wifi, kettle and fridge as well as plates and cutlery along with air-con which was definitely needed as the room does get very humid with the sun on it all day. Only criticism is the bathroom lighting, too dark! Great location, reception is on the front but the actual rooms are up a quaint backstreet just behind. I'd stay here again and recommend it to others who need a base.
