Beautiful hotel. We upgraded to a sea view room with plunge pool which was stunning. The staff couldn’t do more for you and always greeted us with a smile. Brilliantly situated, just a short stroll to the centre of town on the flat. Would definitely recommend

Amazing hotel with awesome view and great staff! I have travelled 45 countries and this hotel is first class! Get a room with a pool! Live dj at the pool everyday. Breakfast rocks. Stayed 8 days -loved it!

Great Value great location

Really nice place great value close to town center ... could do without the little pool that's on the patio it's basically a bathtub that kills your view of the ocean.. the pools are outstanding !! the breakfast was 35 euro per person which is grossly overpriced but over all really nice place with great customer service

One of the best hotels weve ever used. It had a stunning view. The pool was an infinity pool overlooking the sea. It was possible to swim in the sea as well by accessing a patio area located across the road. It was close to town for shopping and dining options. Breakfast was amazing. I would highly recommend!

Breakfast was more Holiday Inn express standard Room faced a busy road and outside entrance so extremely noisy . Not shown on website or when booking. Rooms were barely serviced Pools have amazing view but be warned are not heated . Indoor pool is pretty cold also most people got out immediately . Nice sauna though

Good location if you are looking to stay in that part of Crete For uni the concierge was awesome! Great recommendation, helpful, professional! We had few issues during our stay and we were mostly disappointed that no one followed up with that (issues with the light in the room and alarm that disturbed our sleep) The issues was not resolved, but the main disappointment was that no one took the time to proactively share any update and let us know if they even looked at it

The property is absolutely beautiful overlooking mirabello bay! Breakfast is delicious and has a ton of options to pick from while you sit by the pool on the 5th floor overlooking the ocean as well. The beds slightly firm but are very comfortable and nice. Everything in the hotel looks modern and new still.
