"Luxurious apartment newly decorated private living room with excellent kitchen great view silent place at 5th floor with lift ! Reception very helpful thank You Eduardo . Very clean with comfy bed in sleeping room. 2 bathrooms. Fast wifi superb aircon. Ovearall perfect place in Catania clise to museums. "We had a deeply disappointing experience at Zen Escape. Despite booking a Family Suite with 2 queen beds, we were given a smaller Deluxe Suite with only 1 bed and an unprepared sofa. Most concerning was discovering someone else’s dirty underwear tucked between the sheets—raising serious hygiene issues. "Could not ask for a better location than this hotel. It is central and walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions. The staff speak English very well which is helpful. They even coordinated transportation to the airport for us. One con is that they didn't have a washcloth in the shower or hair conditioner, but for one night it wasn't a big deal. Unfortunately, we were on the 4th floor and didn't have any windows, just skylights and one didn't open. Out of the 3 rooms we had, only 1 had an amazing view of the city. Depending how long you're staying, I'd recommend asking for a room with a view. "
