Hotel can improve
The reception was unsure about my plan status although your directions were clear it included breakfast.Not a good welcome that way.
The Central air conditioning vent was very
noisy.

This is maybe the 3rd time I wrote a review. I'm not going to trash this hotel because of what happened or didn't happen.If you read the reviews it's billed as a 5 star.At most this is a 1and half star .It's clear the reviews are fraud. If you book here don't take my word for it you will see..To add insult customer service is really really bad
