When you think of a B&B this is exactly what comes to mind. The outside of the house looks a little modern, but as soon as you walk into the house the decor is simply darling…The reviews about the breakfast are so spot on. A lot of attention to detail, and very delicious. Landon the host is awesome!!!

Our room was large and airy with a wonderfully comfortable bed, a couch and efficient air conditioning. Breakfast was served in the garden and provided bread, salami, cheese, tomatoes and fruit. There were a number of condiments, cakes sweets and the hosts served tea and coffee. There is no parking free in the narrow street and limited parking on site so you leave your car keys out so cars can be moved. There is access to the kitchen for tea and coffee making and bottled water is provided. The hosts are genial and the stay was good value. The nearest restaurant was ten minutes walk away but had great Italian food and service.

Brilliant!
Couldn't fault this place. Friendly people, good sized room, well decorated, superb breakfast in courtyard. A great place to stay in San Leone, where you can walk down to sea front for restaurants and only a 5 minute drive upto Agrigento temples.

Most gracious hosts. Homemade amazing breakfasts. Clean. Older property but well cared for with character and charm. Gated property with secure parking. Stocked fridge on honor system. Short walk to waterfront and multiple dining alternatives. Eight minute drive to Valley of the Temples

Exceptional stay! very well kept property, comfortable and very clean rooms. Lando and Tiziana are amazing! Outstanding breakfast, carefully crafted by passionate hosts who love their traditions and take particular attention to offer only local artisanal products to their guests. A perfect example of the legendary Sicilian hospitality. More than a B&B this is a true taste of Sicily!

The host and hostess were warm, gracious and charming. We felt totally welcome there. If my wife and I return to Sicily, we will definitely stay here. From the outside, it looks like a modern art museum. Inside, Baroque features in a classical tradition define the decoration and furnishings. The coffee was the best I've had i Sicily and probably all of Italy.

We had an excellent stay. The highlight was the authentic Sicilian breakfast served by the wonderful Host Lando. Freshly squeezed orange juice, water flavoured with limes and laurel, amazing cannaloni, fruits I’ve never had, fresh bread, cheeses, salami.... need I go on. And wonderful cappuccino. Thank you so much for your efforts.

This was a great little place. In hindsight I would have stayed an extra day. They had bikes there and we could have ridden around and explored San Leone a little better. I recommend this property.

Wonderful choice for a short stay in San Leone
Overall very pleasant experience. Parking a big plus. Very close to Valley of the Temples and avoiding the steep narrow roads of Agrigento. Nice beachside restaurants in easy walking distance. Excellent breakfast. Very clean with nice outdoor sitting areas. Mostly quiet with a slight bit of adjacent room noise. Beds were comfortable enough though a bit soft for my taste. Typical small bathroom with plenty of hot water. Would stay again. Host also very helpful with area suggestions.

A warm welcome in a beautifully decorated B&B.
A beautifully decorated B&B with a welcoming and friendly host. Our room was spacious and clean with a massive balcony. Breakfast was amazing - a wide selection of local products and fresh fruit. Llando made us feel at home and gave good recommendations for nearby restaurants and local attractions. Parking on site and secure. Good wifi. We enjoyed our stay very much - thank you!

This B and B was just delightful! The owner went out of his way to be helpful. The location was just minutes away from the Valley of Temples and a short walk to the coast in which there are many amazing restaurants. The hotel has parking and a lovely garden area for breakfast. Our room had a large terrace and the room itself was spacious and decorated with family heirlooms. Just delightful!!!! The breakfast was a feast of fruits, eggs, pastries and a delicious canoli! We highly would recommend this property for a short or long stay. It was a perfect stop along our amazing Sicilian adventure....thank you!!!!

Amazing stay at Villa Maiolica! Hosts were extremely accommodating when we showed up late at night. The room, the dining area, and the garden were all very clean. The garden especially was gorgeous! Lando and Tiziana made us feel very welcome, and their breakfast was amazing. Grazie mille!

Wonderful B & B
This is a wonderful b&b in a quaint sea side town, just 7 minutes drive from the Valley of the Kings. Lando and his sister offer everything you could possibly need in the friendliest manner. It is spotlessly clean, with really comfy beds. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful - great coffee too. The restaurant's and bars at the front are a 5 minute walk for dinner. If you go at nighttime the tiny church is dazzling ! We loved it and would return anytime we come back to Sicily. The parking is tight, but Lando kindly offered to help me as I was still getting used to driving an automatic. Great service - and always with a smile.

Il proprietario persona stupenda è stato gentilissimo , l'ultimo giorno ci ha fatto trovare dei cannoli siciliani confezionati da lui e siccome eravamo sazi dalla ricca colazione ci ha fatto un pacchetto da portare in viaggio facendoci trovare oltre al cannolo i dolcetti di mandorla. Très agréable expérience. La maison est propre, avec un parking, proche de la vallée des temples. Le couple qui s’en occupe est d’une profonde gentillesse et le petit déjeuner est varié et avec de bons produits. Je recommande vivement.

Consigliatissimo
Struttura curata e ben tenuta dai proprietari sia per le stanze che per il giardino con annesso patio utilizzato per le colazioni. Queste ultime sono preparate con prodotti naturali e freschi tutti del posto (salati e dolci), che dire... eccezionali.

Struttura eccellente, con servizi di prim'ordine, giardino privato con spazio coperto, colazione indimenticabile con numerosissimi prodotti del territorio. Deux belles journées a San Leone
Notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et vous délivrent de très bons conseils de visites. Gros avantage d'avoir un parking privé dans ce quartier. Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec des produits locaux excellents et de nombreux fruits. Le quartier historique d'Agrigente est très pittoresque avec des petites ruelles en pentes et une très belle cathédrales. Nous avons aussi profité des belles plages et particulièrement de la Scala dei Turchy avec ses falaises blanches. Et bien sûr la vallée des temples que nous avons fait au coucher du soleil.

Das Bett war nicht das bequemste - aber wir waren sicher auch nicht im besten Zimmer untergebracht. Allerdings hat die Herzlichkeit und hervorragende Gastfreundlichkeit der Gastgeber alles übertroffen. Mega-Frühstück mit na nennen wir es privater Betreuung. Und leckeren Süßigkeiten die im Eingangs bereich bereitstanden, sollte man einen kleinen Hunger verspüren. Lando hat sich einen Tag vor Anreise gemeldet und gefragt wann wir ankommen - solange du hier bist fühl dich wie zuhause meinte er wenn ich das richtig übersetzt habe. Und so war es auch - ein sehr entspannter Aufenthalt.

A San Leone, tres bien situé pour aller visiter la Vallée des Temples mais aussi Scala dei Turchei. Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux avec des produits faits maison succulents servi dans le beau jardin de la maison très agréable. L’accueil est parfait et très convivial. Notre bémol concerne la chambre qui nous a été attribuée, vraiment petite pour accueillir une famille de 4 personnes avec en plus la climatisation qui souffle directement sur le lit, peu agréable et difficile pour dormir correctement.

Fantastic
We loved our stay at Maiolica B&B. The house is beautifully decorated, in a great location and is vey clean. Staying there was easy and so enjoyable! It also felt safe as it was closed off from the street and our kids loved the big garden. Lastly, and most importantly, what really made our stay special we’re the wonderful owners. They are so friendly, helpful and attentive. They made us feel so welcome and the breakfast they prepared was amazing. We were even given some brioche for the kids to eat on the road. Staying at Maiolica was a fantastic experience!

Het was een warmere periode dat we er waren. De kamer heeft airco maar als jd die aandeed maakte deze veel lawaai en was zo op het bed gericht dat je er last van had. Dus aan was geen optie. Verder is Lando een enthousiaste man die je in alles aangenaam mogelijk wil maken. Lieve mensen en vlakbij zitten een aantal goede restaurants.

Fantastique
Je recommande sincèrement cet établissement. Tout était parfait de chez parfait sans parler du petit déjeuner époustouflant. La mer tout comme des restaurants sont à 5 minutes à pied, la vallée des Temples à 4 min. en voiture. Bref si vous êtes dans le coin et qu'il y a de la place n'hésitez pas.
