"The ceiling leaked in one of the bedrooms. We reported it. We were told it was fixed and it was not. There was obvious evidence of leaking ceilings in the villa. The internet worked only in the living room. The ice machine didn't work in the fridge. The showers spray on the floor if you don't turn it to the wall (no curtains)."

El water park está de show, para los niños un éxito brutal. En las habitaciones todo en orden. Y los del Front Desk muy serviciales y amables, tanto en el check in como en el chek out."

They had a bottle of champagne waiting in the room, which was such a thoughtful touch and truly appreciated. My wife and her friends had an amazing experience and spoke very highly of the service, the atmosphere, and the overall stay. The team was warm, attentive, and made the celebration feel memorable from start to finish. Thank you again for helping make such an important birthday even more special. Highly recommend."
