I really liked the set up of the hotel. The rooms/villas were set around a garden area, so we were able to park our car right outside of our room. There was always staff watching who came in and out of the premises. Our room was more like a studio. The staff was very friendly and if there was a problem with anything they would promptly take care of it. We loved the location of the Hotel because things were close by like visiting the center part of the city. When I visit Aguascalientes again I am definitely going to stay at Hotel Medrano.

First of all I requested a King size bed and was given two small beds instead. The room I was given was located adjacent to the hotel literally on the street, very unsafe and noisy with all the traffic on the main avenue. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody😣

Está súper bien, solo el servicio de snacks en la alberca bien chafilla, se tardaron 3 horas en mandar a alguien que nos atendiera, unos muchachos llevaban unos snacks que trajeron de la tienda porque nunca atendieron y ahí si llegó una persona en menos de 5 minutos súper grosera a regañarlos JAJA muy cura.

Primero lo bueno: El colchón muy cómodo y la habitación espaciosa. Como no hay piso superior en ese edificio del hotel, no tuvimos problemas de ruido con la gente inconsciente que deja caer sus cosas, o simplemente que hablan como si estuvieran en un mercado, con voz muy alta; pero sí nos tocaron los clásicos inconscientes que llegan medio tomados y gritando y haciendo mucho ruido. Se entiende que eso no es culpa del establecimiento. El jacuzzi funcionaba como debe y lo disfrutamos. Ahora lo malo: Primero lo que menos me gustó fue que la limpieza de la habitación estaba mal hecha: vimos en el suelo los restos de un bicho que matamos durante dos días, así como manchas de lodo que no desaparecieron a pesar de la "limpieza" diaria. La habitación muy oscura aún de día. La puerta de la ducha no está bien sellada con lo que sale una gran cantidad de agua y se forma un charco justo afuera. Incómodo. El hotel quiso animar el área de alberca con música y una barra improvisada. No me gustó porque en primera no es un "spa", y en segunda tenían la música a muy alto nivel. ¿Qué pasa si quiere un pasarse todo el día dormido, por haberse desvelado la noche anterior? El desayuno es buffet porque uno puede comer lo que quiera de los platillos que se ofrecen. El problema es que como hay personal que sirve los platillos, parece que estuvieran midiendo las cantidades, y eso hace que uno se sienta incómodo si quiere más cantidad.
