We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast the next morning — the buffet was genuinely impressive, offering a wide variety of high-quality, delicious dishes that rival those of a 5-star hotel. What stood out most was the exceptional room service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. "Pros: great location across the street from Roman Theater and restaurants, shops, etc. We were upgraded to a bigger room for our stay. Cons: the property is generally very run down and could do with new sheets, towels, etc. The room felt dusty and floors needed to be mopped. The shower head fixture was broken and fell off, water when everywhere on the floors when in use."
