"The amenities were useless, the pool was locked up, the sauna is for a fee paid in coins apparently. But the worst thing is that we didn`t get breakfast AT ALL, even though it was also clearly stated as included in the listing. In actual fact we didn`t even see or meet anyone there. NO breakfast kind of ruined it. Even the hot drinks machine wasn`t available, empty trays and food containers... Be aware when you book."

"Wonderful location, right on the river. This is a fabulous hotel in this quaint little town. View of castle, river and bridge. Close to restaurants, shopping and town square. Staff were very helpful with recommendations, arranging transportation, etc. Very clean hotel, good restaurant and bar on property."

"One of the cutest places I’ve ever stayed. The pictures don’t do it justice. The room was perfect and the staff could not have been more helpful. Even breakfast was fantastic. The weather was warm, so I requested a fan in advance, which they supplied. Only thing to keep in mind is that it’s located on a pedestrian lane, so with the windows open, you will hear passersby. No partiers, but something to consider if you’re extra sensitive. This spot earned its 10/10 for sure!"

"We arrived more than one hour before the regular check in time. The staff was very welcoming, and our room was ready for us to check in. Furthermore, a small plate of fruit beautifully presented was waiting for us. The room was tastefully decorated. The weather was near 33C, luckily our room has an air conditioner. The breakfast was good. The only minus of our stay maybe the noise of the air conditioner. But it didn't affect my sleep, and our stay here is among the most satisfying in our 30 day trip in Europe."

"This was a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. My only disappointment was with the way Expedia listed the room. It was listed as Superior King, while it was the smallest room at this hotel. Also, there were no pictures of the room at their listings, while the hotel always shows a picture of the specific room you are getting. It was not a big issue for me, but taller or heavier people would have some problems with that. Bed was big enough, but the area around the bed was very tight. Other rooms at this property were much bigger and more comfortable."
