"L’hygiène de l’appartement laisse vraiment à désirer. Le linge de lit n’avait visiblement pas été lavé et les serviettes étaient dans le même état. J’ai dû faire appel à une femme de ménage et acheter de nouvelles serviettes. La cuisine était dans un état de saleté tel qu’elle était inutilisable, et il n’y avait même pas de bouteilles de gaz. Une expérience très décevante que je ne recommande pas."

"It’s a great place to stay lovely staff especially Mohammed at reception very helpful. Apartment was nice a clean up to date with all the amenities only downside is it can get noisy on a weekend with cars racing though the area around hotel. if the soundproofing could be better this place would be 5 stars but all in all I would definitely recommend and would stay again 👍"

"Résidence à fuir car le personnel sur place est très déplorable et pas professionnel La personne sur place s’est permise de nous décaler la reservation sans nous prévenir sous prétexte qu’il avait un problème dans l’appartement. L’appart est très salle. C’est dommage qu’on donne de la responsabilité à des personnes qui ne respectent pas leur travail. On donne une mauvaise image sur le maroc. "

"L'environnement était très bruyant toutes les nuits et le niveaux de propreté général de la résidence est médiocre. La literie est également décevante. Les 2 piscines de la résidence sont dissociés en 2 "zones" (Jawhara smir 1 et 2" mais ne disposent pas du même niveau de service (parasols et transat non disponible à Jawhara 2 où nous étions malheureusement). "This was our second stay in this Hotel…The experience was amazing..The checking was smooth and fast..All the staff was extra nice and helpful at all time..The breakfast menu was outstanding…Honestly we couldnt find anything negative to say about this Hotel…This will be our place of choice if we ever go back to Tangier… "

"The suite is very spacious and modern. Walkable disitance to the beach, dining and shopping stores. Everything is close by and rarely need a car unless need to go far. Driving in the area is challenging especially at nights. There is a little hanut outside the gate that has that for late night snacks, drinks and even phones accessoires. There are many restaurants of all types even surprisingly turkish, indian, americans and so many other choices and all budgets levels. The staff is friendly and helpful. The place is very new and the only feedback is i wish they use cards for rooms access instead having entering a code. I wish also asked for walk through to make sure everything working properly and making a list of things needed for cooking. If you plan to be cooking bring dont forget spices and cooking oils. Stoves use propane and you will need to get lighter or matches. An electric stove would have been a better choice IMO. Propane tank in kitchen balcony under Large AC blowing hot air at it is not an optimal aituation. Overall the place is very comfortable and well lit and a nice layout. "
