"We had a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful and large. It was modern fancy and simplistic. We had gone for our anniversary and they made special arrangements for us. We could see the sea and moon every night. The service was fantastic. They helped us in everything. We even had dinner from the buffet in our room. We had to leave one night early and they even refunded the amount for the night. The food was good. The bread basket was amazing. The private beach was beautiful but it could have been bigger. Although there's a huge stretch of beach around it. The pool was too crowded."

"I had a wonderful time at Tanoak Hotel in Ain Sokhna. The animation team was great full of energy and made our stay so fun. The food was delicious and thank you for chef Mostafa. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful (special thanks to Ahmed Abdelaziz in the reception and Nourhan in the customer relation). Also a special thanks for the pool life gaurd he was very alert with the kids and also very helpful. The hotel’s location, rooms, and facilities were great, and the staff was very welcoming. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway! Thank you, Tanoak Hotel I’ll definitely be back."

"It is cheap but most of the chalets are not occupied and dirty with broken back garden furniture. The food was not edible. The door of the room was not easy to open or close, we had to call maintenance 2 times in 1 night stay. "

"We really had the best stay in this hotel. The staffs were honestly the nicest people ever, that made the trip much better. They upgraded us to a huge room for free. The food was really good as well. I recommend this hotel if you want to have a few chill days by the beach, especially after visiting Cairo. My only negative point is that for the international tourists, we don’t have any well being part like massage, nails salon, gym. Otherwise, amazing hotel and location. Thanks to you guys 🙏"
