Il serait souhaitable dans un hôtel 4 étoiles qu’on remette dès dosettes pour la nespresso qui est dans la chambre et qu’on nous change les tasses sales de la veille. Literie inconfortable en tout cas pas digne d’un 4 étoiles.

Restaurant de qualité avec une cuisine élaborée. Chambre confortable mais il manque des équipements classiques dans les hôtels de cette catégorie (réfrigérateur, bouilloire...)

Great Hotel in a Beautiful Historic Village

Great basic hotel in town. Decent dinner and breakfast. We had a lovely view from our prestige room over the old church - but be warned, the bells ring on the hour all night! Still, its part of the charm of this wonderful area. We also did a great hike up to the three crosses - fabulous views.

Un chef au top!

Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ce week-end. Menu délicieux, petit déjeuner très correct, chambre prestige très confortable avec sa terrasse équipée d'un salon de jardin avec en prime sauna et jacuzzi.

Presque luxueux...

Après avoir "grimpé la Rhune", quel délice de se plonger dans le jacuzzi de l'hôtel et de profiter d'une belle chambre à la literie très confortable ! Petit-déjeuner copieux le lendemain pour reprendre des forces! Hôtel à conseiller très fortement pour ceux qui souhaitent profiter de ce beau pays basque !

Hôtel charmant

L hôtel est très bien situé. En plein cœur du bourg. Les chambres sont grande et d une belle finition. Le petit déjeuner proposé à 11€ est parfait. Seule remarque négative pour moi: L attente lors du dîner. Un dîner de qualité mais une attente qui vous fait gâche le repas. Extrêmement déçu.

Situation privilégiée

Hôtel de charme au sein d'un village typique du Pays Basque. A deux pas de Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Biarritz, Espelette... et du massif pyrénéen! Un vrai régal!

Big disappointment

We thought we had saved the best for last on our 10-day tour in the region. Unfortunately, it was the opposite.It felt as if we disturbed. Several things influenced but the worst part was the restaurant. Do not eat here! First, an incredible long waiting time before we could order. Then we got the meat that was not good - rubbery. When we complained they did not listen. The dessert was not the one we had ordered, even there excuses. However, the two waitresses was very nice and the whole situation was probably not easy for them. We did not want to pay for the "bad meat" (maincourse) and the wrong dessert and was only symbolic compensated. Sometimes you just do not have the energy to take a discussion - like here. They have not understood that "attitude is everything" Sad, as this could be a really good place!
