"Great place to stay. Loved it"

"The check-in was great. Austin did a fantastic job! Parking was very good. I especially liked how lit up the parking lot was at night. The room was ok. The bathroom vent needed to be cleaned. It was very dirty. Some of the caulking around the tub/shower and the doors could have been done a lot better than what was done. I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. The morning staff were very friendly and professional as well. We enjoyed our stay. "

"This place is truly a dump. We walked in and it was smelly. The bathroom was dirty, the bedding had holes in it. Since this was only a quick trip to see our kids and grand kids. We really roughed it. We slept in our clothes. Had we not been so tired, we’d found another place to lay our heads down. We couldn’t wait to get back home. The front desk clerk was very rude. Glad I took pictures of this place. I will be forwarding them to the Virginia Health Dept. and I hope Hotels.com remove them off their site."

"This was like a run down property. People walking down the halls selling “everything”. Prices were different for everyone that was staying there. I booked a smoking room and was given non smoking, but the people right beside me were smoking. As well as you could smell cigarettes smoke throughout the hallways. Room was not clean at all…. I believe I would never stay here again"

"First day we got there, the beds needed to be changed, and the bathroom wasn’t clean, we saw roaches crawling in tub. We called front desk, and told them and they was to send someone to reclean and no one showed up. The third day, we went to office and dude behind desk lied about someone called to say the room was cleaned and it never was. So therefore never again. "

"Everything was wonderful except for the shower. cld never get the water temperature hot, had to use the handheld shower to get some stronger power for the water having back issues after walking all day wld have been great to get a good hot string shower."

"We love staying here, rooms are always clean and comfortable (as well as the bed). Breakfast is a plus and staff is always polite and helpful."

"We was put in a handicap room and we were not handicap. We also took a shower and there was no shower gel .other then that it was a nice stay ."
