I had a fantastic stay at this property staff were great and room was very clean and comfortable and there was plenty of parking and the breakfast was perfect would definitely stay here again thank you

Lovely b&b. Placed right for a 2 day visit for a funeral. Fresh cooked breakfast each morning, although breakfast window is a bit tight 7.30 to 8.30. Would use again.

Room was on main road couldnt sleep for the traffick Also it was very hot and there was no air conditioner Nother thing was when we went down to breakfast We couldnt choose where we wanted to sit We were told where to sit in my opinion overpriced Another thing was you had to come out of the e nsuite to dry yourself It was so tiny

So sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay with us in the year we have been here iv never had such a bad review.If you needed a fan for room you just had to ask I did tell you if you needed anything I was just downstairs & tables for breakfast I was trying to keep groups together sorry if that upset you I try my best to make everyone experience comfortable & I’m so upset yours wasn’t Regards Suzanne

Good hotel if you like a firm bad.
This guest house was as described by Hotels.com and was very good in the main. I personally found the bed too firm for my liking but others may really appreciate its firmness.

A superb guest house.
Superb location, well equipped and clean property with a warm welcome and very high level of service. John is a superb host and makes you feel more of a friend than a customer. The room was very well equipped, clean and warm. Breakfast was freshly cooked, of good quality and the portions are very generous.

This is a excellent and very friendly B & B. Very helpful and polite. Very clean. all within walking distance of local amenities. Would advise anyone to stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was a bother for them parking is free and is behind the guest house and is only a 10 mins walk into the town centre or a taxi and doesn't cost much it was quite a peaceful location I would go back again

We found the accommodation clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. There was a great little cafe restaurant nearby. Don't arrive early as guest house may not be open until check in time.

Warm, comfortable, friendly and fabulous
This is a fantastic bed and breakfast very conveniently located for the town centre and with owners who couldn't do enough for you. After a wet and chilly day around Glasgow the warm welcome, a hot drink and a warm comfy room were perfect. John was brilliant and made us feel immediately at home, recommended and booked a place for dinner and ensured we had everything we needed. After a fantastic night's sleep, breakfast was just superb: delicious with quality local products cooked to perfection. John was friendly and full of lots of useful information about the area. Very highly recommended.

Best B&B in Airdrie
John is the best host we have ever encountered. He took care of every need we had. This is a building that is over 100 years old but has been modified very tightly into a wonderful B&B. The breakfasts are to die for don't miss even one, like we did. We enjoyed it so much we added an additional day.

great located spotless hotel
John was a very welcoming, proffessional and helpful Host. The hotel was spotless and the rooms were well equipped even with free local sweets. Excellently located for various cities and not in a noisey area even though on the main road, there is an excellent restaurant near by, Christines great for a single female away on Business.

Die Zimmer waren sehr klein, der Empfang recht unfreundlich. Es war schwer in dre Näh ein Restaurant zu finden - Pubs ohne Speisen gab es viele. Das FGrühstück war gut - ein bißchen Selbstbedienung wäre wünschenswert.
