My stay was so much better than expected. Amazing location, clean facilities and a price tag cheaper than anywhere in town. The massive and sparkling clean kitchen was a pleasant surprise. My room was near the back of the map, near the cabins, and I couldn't hear a thing from the pub out front on a Saturday night. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here, again. Traveled solo, female, age 40

Perfect stay in Airlie Beach. As a solo traveler, the room was clean and comfortable. The site itself is greatly maintained and gives the illusion of being in a jungle. The site is also centrally located in Airlie Beach, walking distance to the harbors for day trips, the Airlie Beach lagoon and beach areas. It’s also adjacent to a grocery store and pharmacy. The perfect stay for someone who plans on doing day trips and needs a comfortable place to sleep.

The hostel was great overall. The room was a little small, but comfortable and clean. The common areas were well maintained, and the location was excellent, right in the centre of Airlie Beach. A very convenient place to stay!

The staff at Magnums are lovely and very welcoming. My room was great for a quick 1 night stay and centrally located in Airlie, close to the restaurants, cafes and the supermarket, which is super handy.

For a budget stay, this was a great hostel. We booked a cabin which had its own ensuite. Feels like you are staying in a rainforest, the trees and outside area are lovely. Great location on Airlie beach and the staff were incredible! It was perfect for a 4 night stay. Would stay here again!

My sister and I adored our time at Magums Airlie Beach! You couldn't beat the location right in the heart of the main strip which was so close to absolutely everything, yet the accommodation itself was peaceful and quiet. The staff at the front desk were also incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I will be recommending this place!

The Self-contained cabin was perfect for our stay! The amenities in the mini kitchen were great, it was very clean, and the noise from the bar was buffered nicely by the surrounding plants and foliage. Plus - the party seemed to quiet down by 10 - even on Friday night.

Thought I would do something different and stay at a backpackers - I am always staying in hotels and feel so disconnected from people . Was worried that I am so much older - but was good to see the age range was from 20’s to 60+ . It really is a fun place - yes it’s a little like camping to me - I stay d in private room - great price . Kitchen fully loaded with every appliance and kitchen gear . I’ll be back

Great location and experience. The staff are so friendly and helpful with booking tours. The tree frogs in the trees were also incredible to see. Only downside was the bathrooms were a bit dirty, but otherwise a great stay.
