We had a great stay here and only stayed because of the reviews. We usually stay in bigger spaces. The staff were amazing. Celena was fantastic. A few hiccups when we arrived like no gas in the BBQ and no pool towels in the room BUT unlike other places this was rectified straight away, so again customer service was above and beyond. Would love to see another shampoo AND conditioner when we stay next :) Thx for the views, fun and laughs...

Very nice ,welcoming receprion. Room was small but as described. Steep hill to navigate to get to restaurants and shops. Would stay again though.

Beautiful views from the deck but an uncomfortable walk into Airlie due to the steepness of the hillside. Access to the unit is from a shared balcony and parking is quite tight.

A very comfortable stay!
A perfect stop off in Airlie Beach before we joined a Whitsundays cruise. Rooms are simple but spotless and with a very comfortable bed. The small pool was perfect for a dip to cool off and the view out to the marina and landscape behind topped off a wonderfully easy stay. We didn't use the in-room catering facilities but seemed well equipped with enough to cook a simple meal (hob and microwave, no oven). The full size fridge was useful for a couple of beers though! And a jug of chilled water already in there was a thoughtful touch. Washer and drying facilities also available - again appeared well maintained and clean unlike some of the washers we've come across during our trip! Air drying racks were another thoughtful touch to make the most of the warm weather instead of paying for the tumble dryer. Peter was a welcoming and helpful host, thanks for a great little stay!

Amazing view from all rooms from the top of the hill. The pool is refreshing with 2 sun shades. 5mins walk to town. All cooking equipment includes bbq and stovetop. I would definitely recommend

Amazing views over the marina. Convenient to town, lagoon, Coral Sea because the boardwalk connecting. Not a long walk, if you don’t mind walking up the hill. Friendly and very helpful managers. Clean and simple. Would stay again.

Lovely people who did everything to make my stay memorable. The location is awesome, with great views over the harbour. Very nice and quiet, which is unique in Airlie Beach. Will definitely stay here next time I am here.

Sunlit Waters is extremely clean and well maintained. Management staff are very friendly and communicative. We were very happy with our stay. Like many apartments in Airlie the apartments are up a steep hill but only a $5-6 cab ride from the main shopping area. I would recommend them.

We liked everything about this place, especially the view. Most definitely would recommend staying at Sunlit Waters Studio Apartments. Beds were really comfy large bathroom and very spacious.

Amazing property. Spotlessly clean, VERY comfortable beds and the views from the apartments and the pool were gorgeous. We only stayed one night following an unexpected travel delay but it was so nice, we would have been happy there for a week! Laundry facilities were great and the apartments were very well equipped. We had a sunset swim and enjoyed the gorgeous orange skies! Also, the lady who checked us in (Deb) was so lovely and very helpful! Great stay. Would highly recommend Sunlit Waters.

We arrived early after a week long boating trip expecting to leave our bags. We were shown straight to our room which was great. The pool was inviting the bed very comfortable and the room was fresh with a beach feel. The hotel is only a short walk to town centre. We will be back
