The Liberty Trust

10/10 Excellent

"The Liberty Trust is located in an old bank and check-in is where the tellers would have been. That is also where the bar and breakfast are located. There is even a table in the vault. The staff were friendly and our room was large and comfortable. There was no on-site parking, but there was very inexpensive reserved parking in a garage nearby. You could see it from the entrance. Breakfast could have used a few more options and they should have had at least one more person staffing it. You could walk everywhere downtown."

"This hotel is under construction at the moment. We didn’t know that before our arrival. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was completely remodeled. The only down side to our stay was the air conditioning unit was so loud in the room neither of us were able to get a good nights sleep"

"The hotel was clean and looked like it had been renovated recently. Breakfast had lots of options. Unfortunately, our toilet had some problems. Even after staff plunged it, it continued to not fully flush. I personally found the small square pillows uncomfortable and woke up with a sore neck. The layout was a bit odd as well, with nowhere to hang a towel to dry your hands by the sink. Overall, it was decent for the price."

"Great location, if a little pricey. Staff always available and friendly to all guests. Was in need of a sewing needle...but who has everything? Sat with family in back patio. Guests who smoked gathered there too, which was bothersome for a short time until they finished. Solid hotel breakfast. Ample parking. Fine room. Definitely recommended."

"I knew for the price and the reviews that I had already read that it wasn’t going to be any big fancy hotel but I just needed somewhere quick to stay overnight for surgery in the morning. The biggest complaint we had was you could not block all the parking lot lights out, our room was lit up all night long so there was not truly darkness to sleep in and our curtains looked like somebody had a “personal private party” on them. They were gross. Other than that, they were friendly it was relatively clean and just what we needed for the one night"
