"The best part of this hotel is the staff. Very friendly, very helpful and spoke brilliant English, which was handy, as my Arabic is terrible. "The advertisement/pictures on Expedia about the property were false/ misleading. Broken furniture, cockroaches in the kitchen, mold in the bedroom. No checkin station, no info about the property. Neither myself nor Expedia agents were able to communicate with the property manager! Wish there was an option to zero star!! Worst experience with any stay"

"The room was clean and tidy. Pool facilities were nice and clean no issues with sun beds any time of the day. The beach area was lovely clean, tidy and private. Only issue i would say is the all inclusive is probably the worse I've had the food options were on repeat everyday. Enquired about late check out and was told £160 for 4 hours which is crazy. Been to plenty hotels and never been asked to pay such a ridiculous amount."
