"Towels seemed unwashed (didn't smell cleaning product at all, instead smelt like someone used it shortly before). Awaken around 9am by very loud noises of furniture being pushed around (by staff doing another room I assume). Don't expect to sleep late in that hotel. Wall electric plug ruined, bathroom trash bin broken, stains on armchairs. These are easy fixes, why not doing them? I can't comprehend the mentality behind such neglectful attitude. For this price all of the above is unacceptable."

"We stayed at this property for 6 days. Upon arrival, everything looked great — clean, well-decorated, and equipped with essentials such as a hairdryer and ironing board. Unfortunately, several serious issues came up during our stay. A strong, awful smell was coming from the utility room on day one. When reported, the caretaker dismissed it and blamed stray cats. "The staff were first class. I didn’t find one that wasn’t helpful and friendly. A big thankyou yo the two ladies in the restaurant at lunchtime. Always busy, welcoming and smiling. I think one was called Fatima. The hotel facilities were very good. The room with hot tub was very clean and well maintained. The food selection was always amazing. How lucky were we to be there for Halloween night. Everybody had made such a massive effort. "

The hotel was clean and just about the right walking distance from the sooks So quiet and peaceful inside I also had a hammam and massage which was also wonderful. "The staff at Riad Andalla Spa is extremely caring and kind, especially with making sure you & family feel safe and have what you need. Cars are able to drop off very nearby, so the walk with suitcases is very easy (no mazes), they hired reliable drivers. In addition Abdullah was extremely kind and helpful in terms of advice on how to deal with safety and haggling prices in the nearby souks. The building has really beautiful art, and the Riad itself is a really nice place to relax, with many beautiful sitting rooms throughout the Riad. The dinner, although somewhat pricey, was really fantastic - again very attentive and kind staff. Some words on how accommodating the staff were: clear and easy communication with staff through the Expedia app. At both dinner and the complimentary breakfast, they put a lot of effort into ensuring there was gluten free dishes for my wife (Celiac’s). My parents needed somewhere to wait for their flight for ~5 hours, and there was no problem with bringing them with the driver, staying at the Riad until the afternoon and getting them a driver to the airport. I really felts my family was safe and taken care of - huge compliments to the staff for a wonderful atmosphere!"
