Imagine a nursing home was turned into a cheap hotel. I was called 5 hours before check in to say the AC wasn’t working. Pool looks cuter in the pics, in real life it’s packed and not very nice. The room was clean and functional.

Very nice studio/room. We stayed with 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 10/13). Sleep sofa was perfect for them. Swimming pool was really nice as well.

Do not stay there

This not a normal hotel, it is a converted retirement home. Our reserved room had a bed on mezzanine. That was unacceptable. After confronting the manager, he begrudgingly gave us another room, this one a handicapped room. Staff is not very pleasant. There was no room make up daily, only weekly! There is nothing around the hotel.

Établissement spacieux confortables et tres propre. Sejour de 9 jours sur place Ideal poudes vacances. Un bemol pour les incivilités autour de la superbe piscine malgre la camera qui donne dans le hall d accueil. Aucun personnel ne se deplace pour redonner les consignes de ce qui est affiche....les Adultes fument malgre l interdiction..enfants de 3 a 5 ans qui mangent des chips sachet a la main dans la piscine et qui vident bidon entier creme solaire d ans l eau...malgré la presence des parents et sans reprimende.....baignade d Adultes avec tenue entiere et voile a plusieurs reprise malgre affichage du port d un maillot de bain....essorage de sa tenue au bord du bassin....enfin nous sommes tous la pour passer de bonnes vacances avec un.minimum de savoir vivre ....aucune visite du personnel pour intervenir et remettre les regles a chacun pour ce magnifique endroit Quel dommage...nous ne reviendrons pas

Hôtel très bien équipé dans un coin isolé et calme. En revanche une panne d'électricité totale depuis l'arrivée jusqu'au départ à gâché le séjour. Ma note ne sanctionne pas l'incident indépendant de la volonté de l'hôtel mais sa gestion. Des chambres ont été alimentés à 22h00 par groupe électrogène mais pas la mienne, pas de proposition de changement de chambre, pas de communication. Pas de geste commercial, et les produits laitiers du frigo qui affichait 23 degrés le soir étaient toujours dans le frigo la matin qui affichait cette fois 3 degrés au petit déjeuner. J'ai préféré ne pas prendre de petit dejeuner. Aucun membre de la direction à 6h30 pour gérer la clientèle. A conditions exceptionnelles, mesures exceptionnelles.

J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel situé à environ 30 minutes de Marseille. L’établissement est propre, bien entretenu et le personnel est agréable. La chambre était confortable, rien à redire sur ce point. Petit bémol : la piscine était vraiment froide, on aurait dit qu’elle n’était pas chauffée, ce qui était un peu décevant. Ce serait aussi appréciable de pouvoir récupérer la chambre un peu plus tôt que 16h. Mis à part cela, tout était excellent. Je recommande cet hôtel et j’y retournerai volontiers !
