Beautiful grounds, if you have mobility issues it would be a great challenge, no carts to get things to your room due to layout of property. Man who was there when I checked in seemed to be the manager. He was rude. No carts to get my things up several bumpy ramps, he seemed annoyed I asked for help. Was there for 5 days, never saw him smile at me or anyone else. Lock on my room was broken the whole time but no one ever came to fix it. Other staff somewhat more friendly. Fabulous breakfast but be ready to spend over $20+ US. Overall, would not stay at this hotel again due to the layout and staff.

I cannot say enough about this property. The staff is so accommodating. The gardens are absolutely beautiful. Every time you look around you see something more beautiful that you have missed. This was our first time in Ajijic and it was way beyond anything we expected. We will definitely come back frequently and will only stay at this incredible property.

The grounds are beautiful, and the staff were very nice. No one had very strong English, so we encountered a few communications issues but nothing really bad. The room was nice, the only negative was repeated problems with hot water. The vibe was cool. The courtyard/pool area was never really busy, which we really liked. It was an oasis of relaxation. There was beautiful landscaping, very exotic yet homey at the same time. They obviously take pride in it. And absolutely try the fresh guacamole and chips poolside. Outstanding!

The staff was nice, the amenities were okay the pool was nice you had to pay an extra $5 an hour to sit in the jacuzzi which I didn't do I drove back but the water was rather dirty. Although the people we're very nice I have to give it a three.

Great location very clean. The staff is wonderful Joel the manager was always in the top of everything. Making sure our stay was pleasent. Gabyno and Carlos alwas ready to help.
