"We had an amazing stay at The Lemon Beach Resort. It exceeded our expectations.
George and the reception staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They safely held our luggage while we went on an early morning excursion before check-in, which saved us from lugging our bags.
The property is beautifully well-maintained with modern, clean, and comfortable rooms. Our ocean-view balcony was breathtaking. Waking up to that view each morning was unforgettable. The pool, heated by the sun, was perfect at any time of day.
The on-site restaurant had a great mix of local Ghanaian dishes and familiar options… all delicious.
Lemon Beach arranged a memorable cultural batik-making experience nearby with Madam Martha. She guided us step by step as we created our own design, then dyed, washed, and dried the fabric while we watched.
Special thanks to Dennis from Zion Tours who can arrange transportation, excursions, and customized experiences across Cape Coast, Accra, and beyond. He went above and beyond for our family and curated a meaningful, intimate experience for my 72-year-old mother-in-law on her first trip to Ghana. She’ll never forget it. He even returned an item we left behind after we left for Accra, showing true care and professionalism.
Our only regret is not connecting with Dennis sooner. It would have saved us time and effort researching and coordinating on our own. But as they say, you don’t know what you don’t know.
Overall, incredible stay. Highly recommend!"
"This hotel is in a hidden place and difficult to access. It was a nightmare. We also called in advance and could've been warned by staff. I'll rather not share the rest of the experience"
"My stay was great, but a little more variety for breakfast would be nice since they have a restaurant on site. Beverages not included in the breakfast plan. I would definitely stay again. "
"Room isn’t cleaned unless you ask them to, bit nobody tells you that when you check in. Even hanging the sign asking the maid to clean the room didnt work. I still came back 8 hours later to an uncleaned room. At buffet breakfast there were flies everywhere. This could have easily been solved with mosquito coils bit I only got glaring looks when I suggested it. "
"Ko-Sa is a magical place to visit. My wife and I needed a little break from life and Ko-Sa delivered beyond our expectations. The staff was very attentive to our needs from the couple’s massage to a member of staff traveling to pick up my order for flowers. Food was always delicious and the grounds were clean as well. Well done Ko-Sa….we will return. "
