"They tried to put me in a room they was already occupied. Once they got figured out, I went to my new room only to find three fellas standing in front of it. They were polite but why are people loitering aimlessly in the hallway? My room had stains on the bed sheets and comforter, the towels and wash rags were dingy, and one of the dispensers had been torn off the shower wall.
I rarely eat at the “free breakfast” so I cannot speak of that. The bed was comfortable and the heater worked properly. I was too tired to know if it was noisy out in the hallway."
"This was the second time I’ve stayed here, actually in the exact same room. Staff during check-in was great, very friendly and informative. The room was clean but the only complaint is that my AC wasn’t working properly. Not a big deal in Ohio during low Spring temps but I like to sleep in cooler temperatures. Thankfully, it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience that I needed to complain.
I’m local and have stayed here for a mini “staycation”. Will definitely book here again. "
"Pool was closed. Rooms were dirty and no soap in the room my daughter stayed in. She checked out that first night. We never checked in. Couldn't check in till 5:30pm not like 3:00 as they said in the website. Hotel been in remodeling mode since December one staff member told us."
"Hotel rooms were clean and the staff were great in answering our questions. The breakfasts were great. The hostess at the breakfast bar was very helpful and the food was great."
"I will say this was the BEST property i’ve booked for hotels in my life. The room was spacious, very clean, the check in was pretty quick. Parking was pretty much front row the whole stay which was helpful since it rained. The breakfast was real good, not like usual hotels. It was busy from others being in the area for sport events with their kids but that did not change a thing. The pool was real chilly that’s my only complaint. I had a studio room and when I come back I would love to have that type of room again. We were SO close to fast food, shopping (target was across the way, Walmart is down the road) Everything was in close proximity. Only 22 mins from Canton, worth staying here instead of Canton area. The vibe is definitely different."
