The room was good. Quiet even though we were on the first floor with an entire baseball team. Breakfast was good but the cook did not replenish the eggs. There were never enough. Despite several conversations by several people. It did not occur

All staff was professional, and nice. Pool was a little strong on the Chlorine, but a delight to use anyway

I had to pay 77 more dollars when checking in and wasn't expecting it. There was no phone in our room and the coffee maker was dirty. The staff was friendly.

We were shown 2 rooms, and although the locks on the doors worked the casing over the lock on one door was missing and on the other door was taped together; the sink did not drain properly; the black-out curtains were off the rod and would not close; juice machine not working; not very good selection of food for breakfast; incense burning at front desk was over-powering.

Everything was good at the facility except the bathroom.We were located in a room with a handicap bathroom. If you're not handicapped or not using a wheelchair or a device to help a disabled individual,we noticed when standing in the shower showering the floor was slick and the water ran from the shower too a drain in the middle of the bathroom, making the bathroom floor very slippery and dangerous. There should be anti slip strips placed on the floor for safety

Need a System Update Badly
When I arrived I told them my name, they took my card, then proceeded to tell me they didn’t have my room available! How can I make a reservation if a room isn’t available! They told me that people who were staying decided to extend their stay. Ridiculous! I made the reservation you can just give up my room. Beyond pissed. Never staying at a Super 8 again.

The first room we were in had bad plumbing and they said they would fix it while we ate dinner. We came back hours later and it was still not fixed. They moved us and that room was filled with smoke fumes from a smoker. Finally our third room was decent. In the morning there was very limited breakfast items. Nothing like in the pictures. We will not be back.

Pool closed
We stayed here again, because previously we liked the pool. Well, there was no prior information given that the pool was closed, but would be open the day that we checked out. We won’t stay here again.

Friendly desk staff, complimentary breakfast could not keep up with demand, refilling pans tool too long. Indoor pool out of service disappointed grandson. Housekeeping very good; Have never been a fan of the wall mounted bulk soap/shampoo dispensers due to service issues,as our shower had no soap. Convenient location at I-77 exit with several chain stores and restaurants close by. Will stay again when I’m the area.

We wish the pool would have been open but it was out of order. Everything else was great and comfortable. The area had plenty to do and eat, but we were in town for a specific event so we didn’t do a lot near the hotel.

The room was clean and large. Staff was very friendly and efficient. We had to leave one day early due to illness of a family member and Tye, the manager, approved a refund for the second day. Was very professional and compassionate and understanding about our circumstance. We will use Hampton the next trip we go on.
