"Location is far from city Area is Commerical / industrial and hotel actually located on 7th floor The road is extremely busy with traffic and there is a toll entry/exit across road We had booking yet on arrival they were confused and were rather lost "

"Complete hotel was unhygienic so we didn't checked in and when asked for refund they denied and said you will have to check with Expedia directly. When I called Expedia customer care the executive denied for refund and said that the hotel owner is not allowing for refund. I want my refund back asap."
