"Lovely room, staff are very attentive, aqua park was great fun. Only thing we'd like improving is the entertainment team. This hotel is recommended for families and couples. However entertainment was purely for children. Also any events happening outside the hotel weren't clearly announced.."

"Le 1er soir, j'ai du changer de chambre à 1h du matin à cause d'autres personnes qui étaient saoules et qui criaient. Au bout de 4 jours, j'ai dû demander à ce qu'ils changent les draps, alors qu'ils disent que c'est fait au quotidien. Enfin, la nourriture était affreuse. Comme il y a à 90% des russes, ..."
