Hotel is too old. And I don’t like the room where is no door to the toilet. And the toilet by itself very inconvenient to use

9.6/10 Exceptional! (1,111 reviews)
I loved this hotel. The staff were polite, welcoming and very helpful. The room was cleaned multiple times without even requesting. They anticipated our needs in advance and made sure we did not lack. Breakfast was delicious with so many choices to pick from.
I was especially moved when they delivered an extra bed so my two girls did not have to share a bed. This was not billed at all. I wish the hotel staff in America could emulate their colleagues
Thank you for a good experience. We will be back

"The front dest employees were good. So was their breakfast. They did not have working TV in the rooms when we arrived. Their refrigerators were set to just cool the water. They provided one towel in a room for two guests."
