"I arrived at the Millennium Downtown Hotel with high expectations — and I’m pleased to say they were fully met. From the moment I checked in, Kim at the front desk made me feel welcome. She clearly explained the hotel facilities and amenities in a professional and friendly manner, which I truly appreciated. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating — nothing was too much trouble for them. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself is ideal for corporate travellers and short stays. Its central location means everything you need is within walking distance — restaurants, shops, and services — so there's no need to spend extra on taxis or transport. The hotel offers excellent facilities and a solid food and beverage offering that suits busy professionals. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting on business or for a short-term stay. It’s convenient, well-managed, and perfectly located."

"This hotel was by far the most cleanest, beautiful hotel I’ve stood at. They allow me to do an early check-in. The staff treated you like royalty. It was so clean they were fresh flowers everywhere. The buffet was the best buffet I’ve ever experience with the most pleasant chefs walking around. There is also a Michelin star restaurant on site which was a plus. The room I stood in at the perfect view. The amenities in the room were absolutely amazing. The room felt like it was my own personal villa. I have to also mention what it was very quiet."

"This property is in a prime location with a private beach and attached to Abu Dhabi mall. The staff are all lovely and go out of their way to be accommodating. From housekeeping to general assistance they were brilliant during our stay. The room was spacious and had everything we needed and a lovely view of the sea. I highly recommend this lovely hotel if you ever visit this beautiful city. "
