"After a 3-week journey across the GCC, Abu Dhabi was our final destination, and we chose Conrad for our stay. It was our first time at a property from this brand, and given its positioning within the luxury hotel spectrum, we expected a higher level of service. Compared to other brands we experienced during this trip, such as Mandarin Oriental and Four Seasons, I would personally rate Conrad closer to a 4-star experience rather than true luxury. The property itself is undeniably beautiful, located within the iconic Etihad Towers, with a glamorous and impressive lobby. However, this initial impact doesn’t fully carry through to the other common areas, which feel less refined. The room was spacious and very clean, which we truly appreciated. That said, it already feels like it could benefit from a refresh. The Byredo amenities were definitely a highlight and added a nice touch of sophistication. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, but the atmosphere was quite chaotic, very much in a North American style. This isn’t quite what I look for when traveling in Asia or the Middle East, where I usually expect a more serene and elevated dining experience. The pool and beach areas were good and enjoyable, while the gym was a standout feature—very large, modern, and extremely well-equipped. "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 100/10 – Absolutely Sublime Our weekend at Qasr Al Sarab by Anantara was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, every detail reflected luxury, authenticity, and exceptional hospitality. Our Pool Villa was stunning—a perfect blend of modern comfort and Arabian elegance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the outdoor space was beautiful, and the private pool overlooking the endless dunes created one of the most spectacular settings we've ever experienced. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, from the Arabic-inspired slippers and welcome amenities to practical touches like illuminated makeup mirrors and cleverly mounted hair dryers. The service was equally outstanding. A special thank you to May Love, who looked after us in the dining venues. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine passion for guest service elevated every meal. We would also like to recognise Aaron, our personal villa host, who was exceptional throughout our stay. When we experienced a minor water leak in our villa, Arun arranged a seamless move to another villa with remarkable efficiency and minimal disruption, allowing us to continue enjoying our weekend without stress. The resort itself is breathtaking. The pool, framed by the vast desert landscape of the Empty Quarter, is one of the most beautiful settings imaginable. This was quite simply one of the finest resort experiences we have ever had. We loved every minute and are already planning to return with friends asap"

"I love this property and the services. It’s very convenient in respect of a combined business/leisure stay. The best restaurants Abu Dhabi has to offer are within walking distance, as is the Galeria Mall for some premium shopping. You’re right next to ADGM for work. If you’re looking for more of a beach getaway, this is not the place for you."
