"First room smelled horrible cigarettes and second room was put of hot water for more than 10 days. Staff was pushing their promises every day for the hot water until we got fed up and asked for refund. Bear in mind that I booked this hotel room for over 27 days. I used to come here every year for the past 3 years but this is officially my last time here."

"Breakfast was horrible choice. We had to go eat out, even though we paid for breakfast with our reservation. Most of the things were not working in the room.
The bathrooms had fungus in the top area and also rusted rods. Shame on Expedia for reading this hotel so high and charge so much money for it. I called Expedia and customer service failed to help."
