Waldorf Astoria Kuwait

Waldorf Astoria Kuwait

8/10 Good
"The Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail is a stunning hotel with great facilities, but their front desk service and room management were incredibly disappointing. I specifically booked a King room, but when I arrived at 5:50 PM, I was told it was unavailable. Instead, they downgraded me to a handicap-accessible room, and it wasn't even ready until very late at night. To make it worse, the communication was nonexistent. I clearly told the front desk that my local Kuwaiti SIM was turned off and asked them to notify me via WhatsApp or text when the room was finally ready. They completely ignored this, called the deactivated number anyway, and never sent a message, leaving me waiting for hours. You expect a much higher standard of service and organization from a Waldorf Astoria."

Frequently asked questions

Can I find holiday rentals in Al Jahra?

Yes, there are holiday rentals close to the most popular sights in Al Jahra, or you can select a more secluded option if you're looking for a relaxing stay.

What’s there to see and do in Al Jahra?

Explore the area and family-friendly sights such as Kuwait Zoo, or get out into nature at a spot like Al Shaheed Park. Awtad Mall and Al Khayma Mall are other places to visit while you're in town.

What’s a holiday rental in Al Jahra like?

Holiday rentals are private properties where you can stay for a few weeks, or just a few days, in Al Jahra. Holiday rentals offer extras like kitchens and laundry facilities so you'll feel right at home. If you're concerned about a sanitised environment, a holiday rental can provide a sense of safety away from public hotel lifts and lobbies bustling with people while still allowing you the excitement and enjoyment of travel. You'll also find more space in a holiday rental than in a standard hotel, which is another reason why a holiday rental is a popular option for family trips.
