"The staff was unwelcoming and unhelpful, refusing to accept copies of IDs for my wife and 2.5-year-old child, saying they needed original fiscal IDs instead. Because of this, they are not accept to stay after1:30 hour of waiting. I then moved to the St. Regis, where the staff was much more polite ..."
