"Room was clean and comfortable. Nice location close to everything you would need. However Check-in and check-out took a long time, the lady in the reception called “Welaya” was very unprofessional and rude, in my opinion. Most of the time she did not even look at me while talking to me. Treated me very badly. I would not recommend or stay here again!!"

I reached earlier than expected and tried to check-in at 12PM, but as the room wasn't ready, they requested me to come back after 2 hours. When I returned for the check-in later at night (after 10PM), they said no standard room were available and upgraded me the Junior Suite. It was a decent, spacious and clean Suite. Being a family of 3 (2 adults and 1 child-6yr) i requested for an extra pillow, but i was surprised...
