I have been staying at this hotel for many years and always considered it a reliable choice. Unfortunately, my recent stay was far below the standard I was accustomed to. It is clear that cost‑cutting measures have affected the overall experience.
Several issues stood out: the elevators urgently need maintenance, the quality of service has noticeably declined, and the breakfast buffet was extremely poor with limited and cheap selections. Room amenities were reduced to the bare minimum, towels were insufficient, and even the hot water took a long time to reach the required temperature.
I hope management takes these concerns seriously and restores the level of quality this hotel was once known for.

Staff clearly dont want to be there. Better to spend money elsewhere. Mould in shower area, broken furniture, and many other disappointments. The situation with parking was the cherry on top!
