"We selected and paid for 2 Jr suites to sleep 3 people each. Each room only slept two. They did not offer us a roll out bed. They did not offer us other rooms. I asked for extra sheets to sleep on the sofa, which they sent. They said they were going to find a solution for us but they never called ..."
