"The ac unit was not installed properly and wax open to the outside. I tried two different rooms and they were both exposed. Noise level from room to room was terrible. You could clearly hear the conversations in the next room "

"Breakfast was included and had several options for a two night stay. Any more and you'll tire of the same standard food. There's no shuttle service to or from the airport which is only 6 minutes away. There's no microwave in room. The room's pullout bed had a dirty sheet. We had a terrible experience the day of checkout. I was traveling with my minor children ages 9-14and under. During breakfast downstairs, my oldest experienced a leak from the ceiling. As I went down to check, I left my youngest with obvious instructions to not open the door for anyone. Unfortunately, as I went downstairs, the manager went upstairs to our room to investigate the leak. He attempted to enter despite the door jam being engaged. He attempted to convince my daughter to disengage the lock and allow him to enter. She was understandably TERRIFIED! The manager was audibly frustrated and insistent. As I went back up to the room, the manager was coming down the stairs, questioned me and walked back up with me to the room. No apology just a complaint that my daughter wouldn't let him in. I assured him that I instructed her NOT to let anyone in and she did what she was told. He was unimpressed. He rushed in, did a visual check, accused me of showering all morning.... which i hadn't even showered yet and left. I was instructed not to use the toilet. We were checking out and couldn't use the facilities until further notice. I couldn't extend my checkout. I wasn't offered a room. I wasn't apologized to. 😵‍"

"Everything was good. I stayed there only for a few nights. The bathroom is nice, the staff was pleasant I had no trouble staying here. The room looked clean and they had a good selection for breakfast. If you’re just passing through it’s a nice place to stay "
