"I made a suggestion on my last stay and this trip,they had made the change. Happy to see that. The staff was courteous and always aknoelwdged us when we came in and out. The man handling the breakfast was courteous and said hello to us and kept everything clean and stocked. Front desk was helpful as we needed an itwm and the staff member searched for it and found it. We needed a late checkout and they were able to accommodate. Its convenient to UAH (less than 5 min)."
