"Staff was rude, building was in poor condition. 1st floor was ok but others were very poorly maintained. Doors with broken locks. The list goes on..."

"From check in to check out everything was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you stay here in the summer months and go swimming they have 2 bins for towels, one with clean towels and one to put the dirty ones in. The free continental breakfast was tasty as well. The staff made sure the breakfast area was clean and also kept everything full. Will definitely stay here again."

"It’s was OK. The floor was super dirty- look at my socks a few hours after we arrived. I can see now, from the photos, that the doors are on the outside, but at first glance it looked like a normal La Quinta. When we arrived I was told it’s because it was an older property. There were people having around the property and I did not feel 100 % safe ( honestly put all my belongings in front of the door.) The staff did come and make my bed on the second day - but only left one towel- The water pressure was very weak in the shower and the doors kept sliding open. This part of Huntsville is very very run down."
