"We had a great stay here. The location is hard to beat—right next to The Pike stores and close to the port, which made getting around super easy. The on-site café was a nice bonus and a great spot to grab coffee and relax. Check-in staff were friendly, welcoming, and efficient, which always sets the tone for a good stay. The room itself was cozy and felt very homey—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Long Beach."

"The hotel had a cozy and welcoming vibe overall, which made the stay pleasant. The location was convenient, adding to the comfort of the experience. However, the room itself felt a bit cramped. The TV was quite small, and the sitting area didn’t provide much space to relax. If you value coziness and location, this place works well, but for those who prefer more spacious rooms and better amenities, it might fall short. I definitely will be back. "
