My stay here was awesome. On check in they were having a smoked brisket meal with all the trimmings out by the pool, the breakfast is home cooked and delicious! All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the room was clean and cool. The big bonus for me was the gift shop, which has a great selection of local and southwest items. I would recommend staying here for sure, i will go back.

The complimentary breakfast was so much better than anything you would get a chain hotel and the BBQ they sell on the patio at night is as good or better than anything I've had in Memphis or Dallas. Front desk staff was very helpful and kind and the pool and facilities are all nice. Great value for the dollar

The hotel has very cool southwestern style. The pool was nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent. All the interactions with the staff were very helpful. They keep sleds for white sands in the lobby, no need to buy ahead of time like we did. It is very conveniently located to White Sands national Park.

Very convenient spot, especially if you have dogs - they’re pet friendly and only $15/dog. It’s only 15 mins from the White Sands National Park and near all the fast food options. They offer a free breakfast voucher too, and it was great quality. We got the breakfast burrito with juice of choice and it was filling! Very nice king bed and LONG bath towels. It’s the little things that count.

This hotel rooms were just okay. We had several issues with the key card and needed to go to the front desk several times for the two rooms we had. You needed to put your shoulder into the door to get it open. The free breakfast was good.

I’m conflicted about this place—we loved all the local art/murals and the free breakfast was fantastic! The staff was helpful and friendly. But the room itself was dated, kinda dirty, and smelled like mold. Mattress seemed old and wasn’t very comfortable. Could really use a deep clean and more of an update. Still, not bad for the price though.

The staff was so helpful & friendly! The breakfast was amazing and the choices were plentiful. My only complaint was that our room ran out of hot water after one short shower. My husband didn’t get a warm shower. Other than that, the room was comfortable and well maintained!

I was pleasantly surprised to walk into what appeared to be a beautifully renewed and decorated room. Everything was cleaning, including the bathroom floors (which is usually an issue in many hotels). The included breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and the add ons (seasonal fruit and cranberry juice) were surprisingly inexpensive. The office/checkin staff were so friendly and helpful, as were the cleaning personnel who we contacted to get extra coffee and trash bags. I loved this hotel and will definitely go back there.
