Good people, clean grounds. Room has minor plumbing problems; (slow draining sink, erratic shower head, musty air from AC/heater). Good AM breakfast. The green chili is a great addition. Might want to add tortillas to selections not just bread to toast. Overall I'll stay again.

The front desk staff, Lacy, was extremely helpful and understanding to my travel need. Lacy came through for my wife and I to be ready for a memorial service on time. We are very grateful Lacy went the extra mile and more. Thank you. Alamosa is awesome. GREAT PEOPLE.

The location was in an excellent location with close proximity to Downtown Alamosa and near simple conveniences like grocery stores and fast food restaurants. The rooms are clean and spacious with a nice indoor pool. If you are traveling with pets then there is a nice courtyard in the middle of this facility that has plenty of grass to walk your pets.

The staff were all very lovely and helpful. I don’t know how they expect 2 adults to sleep comfortably on a double bed, could easily fit 2 queens with the desk removal. The pool/hot tub were amazing but then the hot tub motor broke our last day so that was a bummer. The pool is cold but tolerable once the shock wears off. The bathtub was a bit wild as the floor bubbled up so it was like standing on a waterbed. The breakfast was decent.

It was a good stay. We found dog food in a corner of our room. Housekeeping missed it I guess. The fan, pretty loud. Other than that, besides the room being worn out, it was a nice stay. Good size swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The staff was excellent!
