The rooms were clean,everything worked, food on site was good but most of all .... Staff (Melissa and Jehnay) were VERY ACCOMMODATING! I had to book at last minute for a funeral and everything went smoothly from start to finish! I had to opt in for a late check out and no questions asked. I highly recommend and will stay here again. Thank you so much! 10/2026

The hotel is beautifully restored to its former glory. Restaurant serves high quality meals with an excellent wine list. Owners and staff were all super friendly and helpful.

The Windsor Hotel is a wonderful treasure in Del Norte. The rooms were clean and comfy, the internet was fast, the staff was very helpful when needed. Plus, the bar had the coldest Coors Light in town. I would highly recommend the Windsor!

I absolutely love this hotel. The restaurant has some of the best food around. The little bar is fun as everyone is very friendly. The staff in all areas are great.

A beautiful old building with lovely, clean, comfortable rooms. The Dining Room and the bistro have excellent food, great vibe, great staff. The ideal location for exploring the San Luis Valley. I will definitely be back.

The Windsor was a great find. We were kind of stuck due to high winds and dust storms and were delighted with where we ended up! It’s historic, clean, and well tended to. The restaurant was a welcome addition and we enjoyed our meals. The staff is super friendly and helpful. If we’re ever in the area again we will definitely stay at the Windsor.
