Ingredients in the breakfast were excellent. Wish they could include potato fries in the breakfast every day. Presentation of tea and coffee could be improved. Wish they could do filter coffee instead of Nescafe powder coffee for breakfast.

We've been staying at anjeliq multiple times for about 3 years in a row. We're 2 friends traveling to Alanya together. This time our stay has been absolutely horrible! We booked a family suite since it has a seperate little room with a bed. My friend can't sleep with airconditioning as she gets sick from it and i can't sleep without because of the heat. Anjeliq provides these suites and has always been a perfect solution. At first everything seemed fine but the airconditioning was broken after a day or 2, i went to the reception and the young guy who doesn't speak one word english would send someone, never happened. The next receptionist was very nice and immediately gave me the key to another room. This room had a working airconditioning but no light on the ceiling. All well but a day later my friend woke up covered in small insects/bugs, her bed was covered in the crawling little creatures as were all her clothes and the kitchen in this small room. She went to the reception and there was the young guy who doesn't speak english again (always works in the morning), he was very rude and not understanding at all. He told my friend she can have another room across our old room which wasn't the exact same room as we booked or the big family suite which would be 5000TL extra. Excuse me? It's not OUR fault you have bugs in your rooms, the audacity of asking for money. We took the other room and had to put a bed in the seperate space ourselves. Such bad service, never again!

Otele girişimizde odanın hazir olmamasından dolayı 40 dk bekledik,yol yorgunu olmamiza rağmen anlayışla karşıladık ancak oda cok yetersizdi. Banyoda sabun,kulak çöpü,dus jeli,şampuan gibi temel ihtiyaç malzemeleri yoktu. Duşa kabinin icinde sac kılı vardı. Bunlar da olabilir dedik ancak jakuzi su akıtıyordu ve yaninda elektrik ile calisan saunadan dolayi güvenlik problemi yasadik,bunu ilettik ama sadece gecistirildik bir çözüm bulmak şöyle dursun gelip bakan bile olmadı. Kahvaltısı ortalama idi,konumu cok iyi cok merkezi ancak bir daha gelmeyiz ve tavsiye etmeyiz.

A good idea that requires more effort

It's a well-thought-out concept. Clean rooms and a pleasant, thought-provoking space. However, this is a group of young people trying to run the hotel without a manager. Unfortunately, some of them are far from taking the initiative and coming up with solutions. The hotel's beach is quite a distance from the hotel, almost at the entrance to the city. I believe someone needs to find a solution to this issue as soon as possible. For example, there may be bicycles available for free, but they are available for rent in front of the hotel for 400 TL per day. However, I'd say the hotel's best feature is its beachfront cafe.

İki kez misafirleri olduk. Çok sevdik, çok memnun kaldık. Personeli çok güler yüzlü, otel temiz, odaları çok şirin. Özellikle restoranı tavsiye ediyorum, kahvaltısı çok iyi, akşam yemekleri için de başka restoran aramanıza gerek yok.

Balkonda uyutma ve hastalık

Rezervasyon yaptığım aile odası yerine farklı oda verdiler ve Ocak ayında beni camla kapanmış balkonda yatmak zorunda bıraktılar. Soğuktan korunmak için istediğimiz yorganda kılıf dahi yoktu. Yüksek ihtimalle bizim reservasyon yaptığımız aile odasını başkasına verdiler. Bahane olarak odanın iki klimasınında bozuk olduğunu söylediler ama balkonda yatırdıkları oda için elektrik sobası verdiler. Sonuç olarak dondurucu bir gece ve hastalık.
