Basic, central hotel, at good price

Great location near the sea and beach club. Small, but handsome looking pool. Basic, clean room, do not expect a high standard.

Poor reception service

The service at the reception was very poor. The staff were grumpy and rude. When we checked out, we were accused of stealing from the minibar in the room. The minibar was empty when we arrived and was only restocked 12 days after our arrival, but we did not use it. The air conditioning was very unstable and couldn’t maintain a consistent temperature. It was freezing at night, and it took a long time to cool the room. It wasn’t possible to have the room cool when we returned from the beach. The service on the beach was fantastic!!! The food at the pool was below average, but the staff there were very friendly. The spa facilities were basic, but it was affordable, and the treatments were good. The staff at the spa were very friendly and service-minded.

Merkezde olduğu için otopark sorunu olabiliyor. Otel Kleopatra plajında bulunuyor. Kendine ait plajı var. Şezlong ve şemsiye ücretli. Ağustos 2023’te 2 şezlong, 1 şemsiye 90₺ idi. Yarım pansiyon konseptinde. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği açık büfe. Yemekleri lezzetli. İçecekler ücretli. Odalar biraz dar ancak yeterli. Tuvalet-banyo kısmının havalandırmasından yüksek şekilde motor sesi geliyor. Belki bizim oda öyleydi bilemiyorum? Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar biraz daha güler yüzlü ve ilgili olsalar daha iyi olabilirdi. Fiyat/performans diyebileceğimiz bir otel. Çalışanlara teşekkürler.

Ilmastointi piti pientä ääntä mutta ei häirinnyt yöunta. Aamupala oli huono, mutta iltaruoka oikein hyvä. Henkilökunta oli asiallista. Yksinolevana naisena paikan hierojan jokapäiväinen halaaminen ja palvelujensa myyminen ärsytti. Myös kokki oli liian tuttavallinen. Otti mm puhelimeni ja laittoi numeronsa sinne. Baaripojat jotka olivat opiskelijoita, puhuivat hyvää englantia. Ainoastaan säärein heitä kin katon ilmastovipperä oli rikki ja sitä ei kukaan korjannut, kuumuus olk sietämätöntä. Jos pidät drinkki juomista älä valitse tätä paikkaa. Liian muslimiomistuksessa.

Das Hotel liegt am schönen Kleopatrastrand. Die Lage mit dem Strand auf der einen, und dem Ort auf der anderen Seite ist das absolute Highlight des Hotels. Auf der Strandseite Ruhe, Bar, Pool und Strand und auf der anderen Seite unzählige Restaurants, Bars, Shoppingläden und Parks. Die Zimmer sind typisch für Stadthotels, nicht sehr groß, aber ausreichend. Diese sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet, wobei die Einrichtung ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist. Der Service war echt super. Alle supernett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist völlig ausreichend und schmackhaft. Für den kleinen oder großen Hunger zwischendurch gibt es Typisches an der Poolbar. Abends waren wir zum Essen immer im Ort, daher können wir zum Abendbuffet nichts sagen. Es gibt (zum Glück) keine Animation, allerdings waren wir auch in der Nebensaison vor Ort. Das kann in der Saison natürlich anders sein. Wir waren jetzt zum wiederholten Male im Azak und kommen bestimmt wieder…
