The hotel is close to the beach. If you have a rental car, parking may be tricky. Better to come by transfer. Rooms are nice and comfortable. I felt like a VIP at breakfast. Raphael brought us a hot breakfast every morning to our table. He was very nice and helpful. Very personable.

This hotel is in perfect location with sea just a step away. The food is nice too. Staff are friendly. Room is lush and so comfy. It was cleaned every day. Cleopatra beach is amazing. The Caves and Cable cars are only 10 min walk i clude the museum. I will happily return there in the future.

Great location

After an initial error caused by Hotels.com, the manager and team went out of their way to make my stay easy. They were very kind, and because of them I would stay there again. The property is in a fabulous location for buses, Kleopatra beach and the castle. There are sunny balconies, and they are very kind to cats which is so important to the European market. A+++++

Hotel with a good location

Hotel was nice and perfectly located for my needs. Receptionist on arrival was kind and welcoming. Unfortunately the room had very bad soundproofing and the noise coming from neighbor room and the restaurant in front of the hotel made it hard to sleep - and I'm not a light sleeper. Bathroom had mold around the sink and the shower had some mineral buildup, that showed the cleaning has been sloppy for a while. Overall the stay was okay, but because of the mold I wouldn't choose the hotel again.

Having visited Turkey over 20 times, I can confidently say that my experience at Kleopatra Blue Hawaii Hotel has been the most exceptional by far. From the moment I arrived, I felt an immediate sense of warmth and welcome that is rare to find, even after many travels. The hotel itself is beautiful and perfectly maintained, but what truly sets it apart is the people. The owner and staff treated me not just as a guest, but as part of their family. Their genuine hospitality and care created an atmosphere that felt like home — something I had never experienced at any other hotel before. Every detail, from the comfortable accommodations to the attentive service, reflected their deep commitment to ensuring each guest feels valued and relaxed. It was more than just a stay; it was an unforgettable experience of true Turkish hospitality. I cannot thank the team at Kleopatra Blue Hawaii Hotel enough for making my trip so special. I am already looking forward to returning to Alanya again and staying there. Thanks.

Staff: when we arrived we was greeted by a local, unable to identify if person is staff or just a local. We got checked in, no advice how to get to room nor information about pool, wifi, and breakfast to which we paid for. Next morning we figured it all out. We also wasnt able to use the only pool, as it went under treatment and lasted entire holiday. Few days later wrote a feedback to expedia and staff locked us out from our room by deactivating key card so we are forced to speak with them about my feedback. Anyway had a long conversation and was to feel guilty apparently its all our faulty for not knowing anything. Also room have a safe keybox however there is a fee for this but expedia did not write this. The staff member said he csnt monitor all third party websites etc and later identified he was the manager of the hotel and couldnt be asked to do his job, so its mt fault for not knowing. He pulled us up to discuss the feedback wrote on expedia and to ensure we talk to him he blocked our key card. Cheeky... After the chat he didnt unblock the key card and let us go , to which we found he blocked it and had to find him to get it unblocked. Took 15mins waiting, talk about service.... Anyway i wouldnt go back, only good thing was good location. I dont think this was fair from the manager what they did and how we was treated, not compensation was offered as a good will gesture.

Cold and dirty hotel

The hotel experience is really bad. Firstly, we stayed at the beginning of March 2021 and it was freezing cold in the room so we needed to pay the extra fee to switch on the conditioner (it's not included). What else is really strange that there aren't any blankets and duvet covers. There were only dirty covers for the bad and frayed sheets. The breakfast was poor, for example, chocolate paste was from the last year so it was impossible to eat it cause it was like a stone. So I don't recommend this hotel Attached is the photo of what was instead of proper blanket

Kleopatra Blue Hawaii hotel, er et fantastisk godt hotel. Alle medarbejderne er super søde, imødekommende og sjove. Alle medarbejderne og chefen, har været med til at give os den bedste oplevelse og har været meget behjælpelige og yderst venlige. Derudover har hotellet en rigtig god beliggenhed tæt på centrum og stranden. Vi vil give hotellets medarbejdere de varmeste anbefalinger.
